New Brochure Available on Gardening Health Basics

The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) has released a brochure entitled “Healthy Gardening: Tips for New and Experienced Gardener”. The brochure promotes the health benefits of gardening, while raising the issue of potential exposure to soil contaminants. It also provides tips on how to reduce exposure to soil contaminants so gardeners can grow healthier fruits and vegetables.
